Is it possible to send automatic notifications using HTML?
For example beautiful writing with the company logo "Your application is closed," etc.

There's a possibility, but it's better to use response templates to tell the customer what you did to solve the problem. Be human and all that.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

But we have special autoreplyes and I want to use HTML when OTRS sends auto reply. How to do it ?

AutoReplies have HTML. Notifications do not.
