Hello,
I already integrated my LDAP so that agents are authentified. Does any one know if there is a script to get the LDAP groups and assign them roles on OTRS? ... My LDAP is quite big and doing this manually would take quite a lot of time...

Read Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm and copy relevant parts to Config.pm and configure therein.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
