[SOLVED] Company tickets.

Hi,

in the customer interface, there is a view named "company tickets".
Where in the administrative section can i manage the company ?

OTRS 3.3.6 + mysql

Company tickets matches the tickets that have the CustomerID of the customer.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

OK, thanks for the response but where can i find the CustomerID ?
My customers logged in wth Active directory authentifacation.

The CustomerID is in the ldap Map as well as displayed when searching for a customer in the Customer Information Center

But the CustomerID is an unique ID.
How can i say that they belong at the same company ?

It doesn't have to be. Those with the same CustomerID see each others tickets in "Company Tickets"
