Copy/Paste Format lost - number or bullet list

Post by danchitu86 »

Hi!

I have OTRS version 3.2.3 installed on Windows 2008 R2. We have a problem when copy and paste a text that contains bullets or number lists.

I have this e-mail in a ticket:

Code: Select all

From: blabla@blabla.bla,
To: Postmaster
Subject: test
Date: 2014-01-20 19:08:31

Test
1. Problema nr 1
2. Problema nr 2
3. Problema nr 3
4. Problema nr 4
Test
    Problema 1
    Problema 2
    Problema 3
Test
1. Problema 1
2. Problema 2
3. Problema 3
Test
If I copy the body above, click forward or reply on an article of one ticket and paste it, looks like this:

Code: Select all

From: blabla@blabla.bla
To: Postmaster
Subject: test
Date: 2014-01-20 19:08:31

Test
<>1.2.3.4.Problema 1
    Problema 2
    Problema 3
    Test
    <>1.2.3.Problema 3
    Test
If I first paste the text in a Microsoft Word document and then copy again in clipboard, when I paste it in OTRS everything looks good, the format isn't lost.
I have tried Paste as plain text and Paste from word buttons, but nothing good happend.
I have tried with many browsers (IE9, IE11, Firefox, Chorme) and on two different workstations.

Can you please help me with this problem?

Thank you!
