Link change to a CI type software

How can I link a change to a CI type software? On the link screen only appears tiquet, no other type.
Using:
OTRS HELP DESK 3.3.5
OTRS ITSM 3.3.5
POSTGRES 8.3

you can only link CIs with Workorders
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
