How can we add a ChangeFreeText1 on AgentITSMChange?
We have customized a ChangeFreeText1, but how can we view it on the ITSM Agent Overview?

You have to change Kernel/Output/HTML/ITSMChangeOverviewSmall.pm and Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentITSMChangeOverviewSmall.dtl and add the field in the "ShownColumns" sysconfig option.
