On the ResponsibleUpdate notification, we need to put the text of the last article written by the agent. Its because when an agent passes a ticket to other agent, the first one explains to the second one what has to do.
We can't put on the notification the <OTRS_AGENT_BODY>, really we can't put <OTRS_AGENT*> tag.
How can we do it?

You could copy/paste or type that information in the body of the interface.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I'm not sure I understand what you're doing that doesn't allow you to include information in the Responsible change.
