I want to create a new report for the open tickets, but I cannot select the person who is responsible or owner.
We wat to have that as an option in the list, how can I achieve this?
I do have these in the list
Attributes to be printed
Number
Ticket#
Title
Created
Changed
Queue
State
Priority
Customer User
CustomerID
But would like Owner also, but is is not in the list as an option.

It's disabled by default because of certain countries' laws against per-employee monitoring/ranking?
