search colums on config items
Hello.
When we search a group of config items on the CMBD, how can we add colums on the resultat. We have added a new field named "Center" on the configitem definition, and we need it on the search result report.
Many thanks.

Hi!
To my mind in current version it only may be configured for result in CSV format.

SysConfig in ITSM Configuration Management -> Frontend::Agent::ViewConfigItemSearch --> ITSMConfigItem::Frontend::AgentITSMConfigItemSearch###SearchCSVData
Add there your own fields you need.

Hi,
look in sysconfig for the CI Culoms.
you can't demand for help in community forums. If it is important, buy professional services.

Well, did you add them in:
ITSM Configuration Management -> Frontend::Agent::ViewConfigItemSearch
under:
ITSMConfigItem::Frontend::AgentITSMConfigItemSearch###ShowColumnsByClass
Didn't this work for you ?

Hi,
i have the same problem.
I have added
ITSMConfigItem::Frontend::AgentITSMConfigItemSearch###ShowColumnsByClass
under:
ITSM Configuration Management -> Frontend::Agent::ViewConfigItemSearch
and i have defined the fields i need.
So, when I search with normal output, i obtain the correct fields.
When I search with output sets to csv or print mode, i obtain only the default values: Class Incident State Name Number Deployment State Version Create Time!

Re: search colums on config items
Hi, try to add the columns you need in this SysConfig item -
ITSMConfigItem::Frontend::AgentITSMConfigItemSearch###SearchCSVData
At first you must check this item and then add needed columns there.
But it's not fact that it true, because there no opportunity to specify class.
Another way is to use Import/Export for this.

Re: search colums on config items
We have several additional fields that work fine.
Did you fill it in like this:
'DynamicField_MyColumn'
In the SysConfig?
EDIT: Reading comprehension! That's a Dynfield for a change, not a ConfigItem.

Hi,
i have patched to new version of OTRS 4.0.7 -> 4.0.8 e ITSM Configuration Management 4.0.7 --> 4.0.8
But the problem with search on csv file is still here:
the only change is only on the header, but the values are still those of the previosly field configuration items, or, if it is a new field the values are missing.
