Hi,
I need to send e-mail notification based on creation of new ticket for 50 different CustomerIDs. Since I will be sending all these notification only to one same e-mail address I would like to ask if there is a way to handle all CutomerIDs in one event (to use some kind of separator for CustomerID field in event creation)so I will not have to create 50 separate events for this?

Not as you've explained, and it's hard to reverse engineer what you want to do...
I can assume you want to create a single ticket for 50 customerids, which is ... not really possible through the gui or webmail ... or you want to send a notification to customers with existing tickets, which kinda is possible via notification event, ... maybe.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
