system crashes - Scalars leaked

Hi All,
I have installed the latest otrs 3.2.5 on windows 7 pro SP1. I installed using the windows installer and am using MSSQL instead of mySQL.
with packages: Survey FAQ and iphone handler.

The crash does not seem to happen after any specific event...
The apache error.log reads,

The restart doesnt actually restart apache...
After restarting the OTRS system (including apache etc) I get the following erro

I have read these older posts about a similar situation here and here however there has not been any resolutiuons or anything that could help me figure out how to fix this.
I never had this problem with 3.2.1 usign mssql and windows.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the tip.
I have installed it using the new installer I like that now it uses IIS without having the troupble of configuring it myself.
Good work guys.
One issue i am having with it is that I cannot get the new skin to be applied.
I have done this several times with no issue but this time it is simple not doing it.
I download the skin from here and follow the instructions.
i am able to view the skin in preferences but when it is selected nothing happens and no skin change is made.
Any tips or ideas?

I had the same problem with Scalars leaked on Win7x64 Install for OTRS and I got rid of it by manually replacing the libapr-1.dll with a newer version. Then the Scalars leaked problem was gone, but the Apache still crashed sometimes because of other x64 incompatibilities....
