ITSM-CiAttributeCollection install fails after update to 3.1

Hi all,

after upgrading otrs to 3.1.12 and otrs-itsm to 3.1.7 an update or new installation
of Cape-IT's ITSM-CiAttributeCollection 2.0.0 fils with following error:

Error details:
