Hi,
has someone tried to integrate the monitoring software Pandory FMS with OTRS::ITSM?
My company is using this system and it would be great to map the alarms to the CMDB.
I will try to use the SystemMonitoring OTRS plugin and configure Pandora to send emails to OTRS in case of an alarm.
Do you have any hints what to keep in mind?
