hello every One,
am trying to generate reports on escalated tickets but all the results generated are Zeros ...... Can some one please tell me how this should be done ...step by step coz maybe am not doing it the right way ...

escalations are reset to zero when ticket is closed.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I create an trigger to solve this, it store table on database how two values, time that this ticket be will scaled and time the be done.
