As it's my first post here, so Hello everyone.
Lately we've moved from OTRS 2.4 to 3.0 and I'm missing 1 feature from 2.4.
Every reply from customer was genereting new message for me which was dissapearing after my reply. Now in 3.0 my unread star is missing after reading and now I will lost track for tickets, which need to be answered.
Is there any way to list tickets, where customer is waiting for my response?

If you want, set next state on customer followup as awaiting response. This would be a new state of type open. Add it in the GUI.Wormsek wrote:Is there any way to list tickets, where customer is waiting for my response?
