Hi
i have otrs 3.1.6
when I set the automatic Pendig Closed+ it does not work.
when I tried to close the ticket after 20 minutes.
but the ticket remains open days, never closes.
Help me

i have Core::Ticket::StateAfterPending. and change OPEN with closed successful but when the wait ends, nothing happens, and the ticket is open

trying again I see that it works.
tickets have been closed properly, but not precisely, it seems that every 2 hours and carried out a check, and if there's any ticket that has exceeded the wait time it is closed.
