Hello

is it possible to let the customer changes his perferences by himself?
e.g. Email, Street, Telefon,...

It appears that this information is only available/visible on the agent/admin side, and isn't a "preference" for the user.

Customer emails in a request to change / update their details?

Agent emails the customer and asks if their details are up to date?

i want to allow the customer to change there mail address...

so the agents haven´t ask.. "are your data correct?"

I wouldn't worry about this: let them email you from the new address if it changes. You will see a ticket from an unknown customer that you can then identify as being the same one, and update their details accordingly with this new address. If your agents have access to change customer information then they could do this instead.

To allow the customer to update this directly, you would have to code a new options box in their preferences and use the OTRS API to update the info in the database.
