Hi there, I wish to color the state into the ticket overview (the state only is enough).
How can I do this?
Add a new CSS and then edit AgentTicketOverviewSmall.dtl with some js?
Example:
Closed tickets : Green
Open tickets: Yellow
and so on...

The chances are very high that the version runs with 3.1.x, but I have no spare time to check this until the end of November...
