Time Stop after worktime is possible?

Hello all,

I dont know if this is possible or not, but i want to know how stops the Ticket time after work time is over.
Anyone know if this can be done?

A ticket will always increase in age. The last state change to a closed state is what determines the "stop".
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

It is possible to stop the aging of a ticket. You will need to define the work hours for the operation in the Sysconfig. Some helpful advice, if your workday ends at 5pm, select 4pm. The system interprets 4 as 4:01pm up to 4:59pm.

you can not stop aging.
Escalations will only happen during Business hours and only business hours will taken for computing the escalation time
