Hello,
I have a question. Where can I configure where only certain queue's is visible to my clients when they go to the customer.pl
For example I have the following queue's setup
Support >> ENOC >> Desktop
Sales
Billing >> Collections
Wintel
Unix
How can I set it up where they only see Support, Sales, and Billing and none of the sub-queue's.
Only show certain queue's

Set grroup relations for customer (Groups <-> Customer) in Customer Management and make customermized ACL.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
