Link companies to config items

Hello,

Is it possible for a configuration item to link to a company? I can assign an owner to a CI but that is unfortunately not possible in our configuration because some CIs are conducted by several companies. So I would like the CI's to link to a company as a CI can link to a work-order, ticket, service or other CI.

Anyone have experience with this or any idea how to achieve this?

For example, you can create new class of CI, such as Location & link all needed CI's wih it. So, you can use some OPAR module like - ITSMConfigItemAttributesAddon - at http://opar.perl-services.de/bin/index. ... butesAddon
But there is no version for 3.1.x

Sorry, that is never information, I keep in mind another module - ITSM-CIAttributeCollection

Just checked it out and indeed it will not install on version 3.1.X

You can try to install it on 3.1.x by changing version in "Framework" phrase in module text(code), but it on your own risk!
I wrote to them and they promised to notify about the release for version 3.1.x. But when???
Try the first method, I wrote -

I will try to change the version in the "Framework" phrase in the opm file. No worries I will try it on a test installation and leave my production system in peace.

It would be interesting, because in my installation of 3.1.2, then discovered the error when editing the CI. At 3.0.х - worked fine.
