Hi there,
When you use the 'Search' button (the one with a magnifying glass icon) results are limited to 2 000 entries.
Is this limitation coming from OTRS or the database ?
Is there a way to raise this limit to something like 5 000 (or even better 10 000) ?
Thanks for any help
Stephan

Re: Search limited to 2000 results
Hi,
It's OTRS that is imposing this limit - you can change it in sysconfig inside: Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewSearch - ###SearchLimit
2000 is the default. It's useful to just throw in a number / term into the search box in sysconfig if you're looking for a setting - it might turn up nothing, but it's worth a go. Putting in '2000' would have returned this entry as well as a few others, so looking through them would have done the trick.
