How do I move the logout button and agent name?

How can I move the logout button and the "You are logged in as agent name" down so it doesn't interfere with the company logo?

If your logo is interfering with these then I think it is your logo that you need to move, and not the interface controls: Adjust the logo position in sysconfig in Framework -> Frontend::Agent - AgentLogo so that it leaves enough room at the top of the screen for them.

If you still want to move them, you could edit the .dtl file directly: it should be in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/Header.dtl
