Hi,
i have created a 'Notification (Event)' for when calls are closed to inform the customer via email but this doesnt seem to work.
this is how i have set it:
Admin > Notifications (Event)
Add Notification
Recipient Groups: Customer
Event: TicketStateUpdate
State: closed successful; closed unsuccessful
Notification: all relevate details that i want in the body of the notification.
Validity: valid
i want it to work in the same way that it sends out a notification to the customer that a call has been created.
i am using the 'New Phone Ticket' as this is how i only intend to use the system for logging calls for the time being rather than monitored emails automatically logging calls.
any help appreciated as it is frustrating me now.

have you set up the cron job for generic_agent-database?
