help in updating mssql db from 3.0.9 to 3.1.1

hi i am encountering errors when running the DBUpdate-to-3.1.mssql, the error message is:

The CREATE UNIQUE INDEX statement terminated because a duplicate key was found for the object name 'dbo.ticket_flag' and the index name 'ticket_flag_per_user'. The duplicate key value is (3234, Seen, 28).
Msg 1750, Level 16, State 0, Line 2
Could not create constraint. See previous errors.
