For some reason I receive a notification when someone adds a note to a ticket. I am not sure if this is happening because my account happens to be the default owner of every ticket, or because of some setting that I cannot seem to find to turn the notification off.
Can someone please tell me how to either, change the default owner of fetched emails back to AdminOTRS or just how to turn off the notification?

Hi,
You can not change the default owner for tickets in SysConfig GUI, but you can take control on whether receiving notification through the relevant configurations in "Email Settings" and "My Queues" under agent persional pereferences.
