Hello
Could someone explain how to use this new functionality, I have created a new field using this module but cant see it dispalyed on the ticket screens, is there some sysconfig required to activate dynamics fields.
FYI --- This is a terrific enhancement, I loook forward to using this to help fill the functionality gap as the 'free text' field options were too complex to configure and use and not enough fields with ITSM installed. My understanding is there is no limit to the amount of dynamic fiedls which can be created and I hope a selection can be used against different ticket types/templates.

you need to activate them on the frontend screen level like the freetext fields
