Hello
I set the calendar working hours from 8.00 am. to 4.00 pm., but when I create a new tickets outside working hours (eg. 7.00am.), time still runs.
It is correct? If not, how can I change??
New ticket has only default settings (state: new, priority, queue) .
I will be grateful for help
