Connect OTRS to Live.com Account

Hi,
I am a new user in OTRS and am trying to configuer it with live.com account but i get feil every time. I am working in school sector and we moved our domain skoler.alta.no to microsoft. Then we dont have exchange server. We user http://www.live.com to log in to our email addresses using our id (****@skoler.alta.no).
I cant find the right setting to configuer the incoming mail settings.
Can anybody help me.

Have you tried the same steps letting out the domain part of your mail address?
=> cut away: @skoler.alta.no

Check, whether IMAP is working for your account
Check, whether there are any firewall rules between your host and the hosted exchange.


offtopic, but important: Don't try to poll your personal mail account, since OTRS flushes existing mails. Use a test account.
