In the agent dasboard is no subject

Since last friday our otrs system does not show the subject of the incoming tickets any more. Where can i check this? I need this view.

what did you change before?
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

I installed the monitoring tool, but that is not the problem. We have 3 admins for the system and i do not know what the others did, but they are in holiday - bad for me- but i do not know what to do

Double check all the relevant source code vs a fresh install?
OTRS: 3.0.9 & ITSM 3.0.4 - OS: Windows 7 - DB: MySQL - Heaps of random/useful hacks :)
