Two groups assigned the same role

I was wondering if it was possible to assign two groups the same role somehow?
If i do them after each other in $Self->{'AuthSyncModule::LDAP::UserSyncRolesDefinition'} the last one is the only one active.

Is it possible to do something like
'cn=agent,o=otrs' | 'cn=agent2,o=otrs' => {
# otrs role
'role1' => 1,
}

Or is it another way making it possible? Or isn't it possible?
