How to approve a Change Request

What is the process for approving a change request?

Is it done with workorders or can the Change State be modified on the change as a whole?

I'm obviously missing something here.

Ok, how!!!

I've entered an approval workorder, and done a report to accept it.

Added conditions that when all the workorders are ready to approve the change and nothing.

Approving a change should be simple not a nightmare that this is turning into.

We are readying this for production and struggling with this last piece on how to approve changes.

Can someone please provide some guidance here.

you need to follow the state machine.

Create a work order, make it an approval, then go like Created *edit* Approved *edit* In Progress *edit* Completed *edit* Some other option *edit*

It is a tedious process for just 'approving' something.

Me too spent a lot time investigating this. Not sure if this could be helpful.

Go to Admin ->state machine and setup up your own state machine for the work orders and changes.

Then, use "report" in work order to change the state of the work orders.
