I've got a brand-new install of v3.0.9 and when I go to reply to a ticket the first time I can see the Richtext area fine. On all subsequent replies the textarea disappears and I can't modify the text for responses etc. Clearing the browser's cache doesn't seem to help.
Tested on Firefox 3.6.13, Firefox 5.01 and the latest Google Chrome.
Is there something I can modify to prevent this?
How would I switch to just plain text mode?

Search for 'RichTextEditor' in sysconfig.
