FAQ module : "Page cannot be found"

I recently installed the FAQ module and it works fine.

The only problem with it is that frequently it shows me the error that the page cannot be found. When i hit refresh it shows up as it would normally.

Is there any way i can check what the problem is or does anyone else have the same problem? The rest of OTRS works fine and i never get this error ..
