NTLM Authentication in OTRS 6 (.0.25) on Apache 2.4 (.33) under Linux

Hi,

can someone point me how to get NTLM working in OTRS 6 under Apache 2.4 & Linux ?

All I can find are NTLM plugins for older Apache not comatible for 2.4 under Linux.

I'm trying to enable NTLM only for OTRS customer login.
LDAP Auth is working great, unfortunately using passwords is "sooo hard" for the users

Hi,

tell them you want to enable 2 factor auth... then they will be happy to "just use one password"


The auth backend is configured in apache - I have no experience with that
