I can not find/select my newly created "template of the type Note" in a ticket
Steps I followed
Step1 Create the template
- Add Template:
Type Note
Filled in the template body.
No attachments
Validity: valid
- Select the new template
Make the template active for some queues
Save
When i open the ticket then i can't select the new note template.
I can select the forward and reply templates but the Note template isn't visible.
What did I forget?
