Hello,
can anybody help me in achieving this ? I want only users already present in the system to be able to open tickets via email.
I mean, if the administrator has already created an account for the customer than his email is accepted and a ticket opened.
If OTRS canno find any corresponding email in the registered users then the email is rejected with an automatic reply
I'm running OTRS 6
Any help will be really appreciated
