PerlEx: Exception during execution of script

hi all,

I've successfully setup OTRS 3.3.8 on a Windows Server 2012 R2 with IIS 8.5.
Backend is MSSQL 2008.

All is working as I've expected it to, performance is ok (I know windows isnt the ideal solution to use but mgmt wanted it that way)

The problem that I have is that I keep getting event errors regarding Perl crashing. The site remains up but application errors are constant and annoying.

PerlEx: Exception during execution of script 'C:\otrs\OTRS\bin\cgi-bin\index.pl'.

There is also a subsequent event that is triggered:

Does anyone have any experience with this error\event and know a solution?

I have the same issue and that also constantly with OTRS 3.3.11 on Windows Server 2012 R2 with IIS v. 8.5 backend MYSQL 5.1.51.
