How To change your priority labels and get missing tickets

Post by crythias »

Some tickets won't be generated via email if you change the names of Priorities, specifically priority 3/normal. The emails just "disappear" ... actually, they'll probably be in otrs/var/spool

Usually, that's because of Postmaster defaults. If you make a change to the labels of Priorities (?Action=AdminPriority), for instance, make certain that change is reflected in

Ticket -> Core::PostMaster

PostmasterDefaultPriority

Default value: 3 normal
Defines the default priority of new tickets.

Hi,

Actually this is also in the manual:

http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/priorities.html

But thanks for pointing it out, it's not that obvious.
