No matter what I try, I am unable to get SMTP to connect and send outgoing mail. I am suspecting it may have something to do with a self-signed certificate and a rejection from GoDaddy email server. we are also trying to set up several email boxes locally on the server so that we could process different queues directly. No matter which guide I follow, it does not seem to work. We're also wondering how to make a template for opening a new ticket but doesn't get overwritten by the agent as they type. Is there a way to do that? I come from the Microsoft world, so unfortunately my Linux experience is not that great.
