Configure OTRS to process multiple Tickets in email Subject

While running OTRS for my company, a usability improvement that my colleagues asked for is the ability to insert multiple ticket numbers in the email Subject and allow OTRS to add the email content to all the tickets referenced in the Subject. This is a feature that we use too much now.
