Hi

I have started with OTRS comm. edition, and my question is if this version is compatible with ITIL V3.0?

Or where I can find a table of features vs the OTRS, Inc product?

There is only one version of OTRS.

For some ITIL Prozesses you need to install the additional ITSM Packages.
