OTRS no libera los correos automaticamente

Hola yo tengo configurado en /opt/otrs/var/cron los archivos fetchmail, fectmail.dist, generic agent, postmaster, postmaster.dist, postmaster_mailbox, postmaster_mailbox.dist pero nada, tengo que siempre ir a Administrar--> Postmaster Mail Account y ahi ejecutar FechMail y recien llegan los correos, la version que tengo es la 3.1 Alguien podria ayudarme, porfavor

Puedes ejecutar el comando:

Saludos amigo carlosgalleg, mira esto es muy raro pues en algunas colas llega automáticamente y en otras debo de liberarlos para que lleguen y como comprenderás las areas me paran preguntando porque no llegan los correos, aquí te pego el log:
