Disable Agent notifications

Disable Agent notifications

Hi everyone,

I need to stop some notification to be sent to agents for example (AddNote, Change Responsible etc...) but i don't know how to do it

Agent notification is controlled by cron job of genericagent.

Agents notifications can not be disabled
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
