Can I import ZZZAuto.pm (which exported form Windows host) to anthor OTRS instance that was installed on Linux?

Maybe, but you might also just use the backup config/restore config interface in the Admin panel (but back up your destination ZZZAuto.pm and ZZZAAuto.pm before such things).
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
