Hi,
What actions should be taken for the customer If he/she was added to CAB group for a Change?
How did the customer get notification after he has added to CAB group? (I did not see toolbar or menu about 'My CABs' from customer portal).
As CAB member, how the customer follow up the progress about the Chnage?
