Hello,
In the top left corner of OTRS you can have icons corresponding to "Locked Tickets New", "Locked Tickets Reminder Reached" and "Locked Tickets Total" (provided you use ticket locking, which is not my case).
But I observed in picture OTRS\var\httpd\htdocs\skins\Agent\default\img\toolbar_sprite.png that there are many others which look nice and funny.
What are they related to? How do you use them?

Check the config options for "toolbar". There's some quick links to call tickets etc.

In SysConfig, Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ToolBarModule, I checked all checkboxes and it looks great.
Why aren't they all checked by default!?
