I have some queue with tickets. I have Agents who have limited rights on queue.
In Dashboard the Agents who have limited rights see nothing. What is whrong in settings?

The Dashboard is designed for rw access
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

And where is LOGIC? I'am an Agent with limited whrights, why i can't see my tickets in dushboard?

as I said, it is not designed to show tickets where you have only read access to You can use search and statusview for this
