Hi,
Is there a way to automatically calculate "time units" (in minutes) for tickets? After a ticket is generated, can the time be automatically calculated between the responses (like time taken to add note or reply ).

Unfortunately not. Since by now there's no real solution on how to hinder agents from simply go away or shut down the browser, there'd be no reliable way to track handling time. And yes, given modern web applications that's a lame excuse

That's disappointing. Is anyone aware of any workaround or addition of code etc to achieve this.
