Hello,

I asked a question on how to disable the 'Submit' button on the customer.pl. I received the answer that it can not be done on otrs2.4.7. I am running otrs 2.4.7 on Windows xp pro. I can not update to otrs 3.0. But can I create a warning message for customers " Please do not press submit button again". If so how can I do it?

you can checkout the OTRS-extensions package OTRS::CiCS for OTRS 2.4.x. This is one of the feature contained in this package - of course it contains much more features and improvements. Every input mask has been modified to prevent multiple submits (agent and customer frontend). Here you find demonstration environment: http://demo-otrs.cape-it.de/.
